Release Name: 0.1.3

Notes:
BugFix: I tested 0.1.2 against EdgeRails, not realizing that some functionality in sqlserver_adapter had not yet been released in the latest ActiveRecord gem.I made some adjustments to compensate for this, and DrySQL 0.1.3 will work with the latest release of ActiveRecord and sqlserver_adapter. 

When the new sqlserver_adapter is released, DrySQL 0.1.3 will not break, but I expect I'll do a DrySQL update by then anyway
