Notes:
To install ctioga, first get Tioga (at least 1.2.0) there:
http://rubyforge.org/frs/?group_id=701&release_id=7187
Install it, then, untar ctioga-1.0.tar.gz, and run either
./INSTALL
of
./HOME_INSTALL
depending on whether you have root privileges or not. Then, run examples/tutorial.sh to give you some ideas...
