Notes:
A small bugfix release, where rubygems failed on update. Also added a file which can be copied to site_ruby and used to enable proxy authorization for any ruby script from the command line. Useful for making rubygems work with proxy servers. See the README for details.
Changes:
* Fixed bug where multiple calls to library failed. Showed up as rubygems failure
* Added library file for placement in site_ruby which allows proxy_auth to be included in any ruby script from the command line.
