Notes:
NOTE: RDoc/ri integration has been re-enabled on win32, but might fail 
due to problems with the different distributions available for that platform.

Keep in mind that this is *not* a RPA release (including the repository)
but just a release of the rpa-base tool itself; we have provided some sample
ports/packages for testing purposes, but they're not yet managed as part of
the RPA process.
