This is the tenth feature complete release.
See the User Manual (included in the release) for details on the features and use and installation of the system. This version of the system requires ruby, rake and a supported database system.
This release incorporates the following improvements to the system:

This version of the system consists of InstantRails 2.0 with Open Campground pre-installed. For an upgrade see the User Manual description of the steps needed. If you have installed an earlier release with Instant Rails, backup and save your database and install the complete 1.9 release. Some files used in InstantRails by developers only have been removed to decrease the size of the zip file. The user will not notice the lack of these files.
