Release Name: irr source only 0.1

Notes: First public release of IrrRuby 0.1. 04/25/04 This is my 1st release of Irr but don't be turned off by that. I've been quietly working on it for over a month now and would estimate it's about 80% complete. All of the examples in Irrlicht-0.6 have been converted to Ruby. It should be very useable. Addmittally the documention is still very sparse. More info in README file.
