Changed version number scheme to reflect the date of release rather than an arbitrary version number.
Changes:
* Fixed an error when submitting form to move stories between iterations and/or backlog and no stories are selected
* Story cards no longer require description field to be filled in before they are considered "Defined" and can be added to an iteration
* Removed minimum length restrictions on users' usernames and passwords
* Maximum size of story cards' titles increased to 255 characters
* Story card points are now entered in a text field and can be any positive integer.
* Storycards open in main window instead of popup for new, edit and view screens.
