BUG FIXES

Support for public Google spreadsheets. The API only supports reading public worksheets that have been published. This means:

   * private worksheets require authentication
   * shared worksheets (like with Everyone) require authentication 
   * published worksheets (Share > Publish as a web page) do not require authentication and are read-only
