Release Name: Jabber4r 0.6.0 for Ruby 1.8.1

Notes: This release fixes problems with Jabber4r Running on Ruby 1.8.1. The problem was in the REXML parsing on socket IO objects. REXML is patched in CVS, but this fix works with the REXML lib that ships with 1.8.1. CVS builds of Ruby should work with this version as well.
