Notes:
Use check boxes when creating or editing accounts.
Implement proper payback. e.g. you can create a transaction from 'grocery' account to 'cash' account.
Change live search so you can see the total income, expense and payback for a given account.
Added transaction type to database so the type search works like other search fields.
Include txn_types_conversion.sql for upgrading from romey_0_10 or prior.
