This release simplifies ViewCvs configuration
Changes:
* Removed project_unix_name from ViewCvs' uri_specs
* Tuned how XForge::Project is YAMLed, to avoid backreferences
* Renamed some Tracker classes to be prefixed with the module name. This was to ease DamageControl integration.
