Notes:
This release fixes a bug caused by the instability of RSS/Maker's API,
adds support for conditional feeds, and makes it easier to uninstall.


Changes:
* The RSS/Maker API is unstable right now, so we aren't using it.
* fixed bug where some guids were getting double-escaped. Also added -d
  debug option, and smartened up the update mechanism
* when the output feed is updated, it saves to a temp file and then
  moves it at the last minute 
* -u option allows feedblender.rb to uninstall itself
* conditional get on feeds
