This is principally a bugfix release that contains tweaks to get the gem building on Linux (previously only worked on Mac OS X).
Changes:
Minor tweaks to get the gem building on Linux. The integration specs were failing on Linux due to a latent bug in the indent function that didn't manifest itself on Mac OS X.
