Notes:
Moved from sourceforge to take advantage of gems. Currently the tests run if you run them locally but doing a gem check -t formatr will throw errors since the test directory isn't writeable by a non-root user. A point release should fix this but I wanted to get something out.
Changes:
* Released as a gem
* Changed the name of the file from format.rb to formatr.rb. With the use of gems this will hopefully cause few problems.
* Checked with 1.9 pre-release, no problems at this point.
