Notes:
Added 'include' support for PageTemplate. Ready for bug reports from people that make use of the 'include' functionality.

1.1.2: Fixes a bug (#1585) reported by Jacob Hanson, where the PageTemplate 1.1.1 gem didn't install PageTemplate! Now I'm erring on the side of installing everything, but at least people will get a PageTemplate install. Refinements to the spec are welcome :-)
