Notes:
This is the fourth general release of flacinfo-rb.
Changes:
Added support for adding/deleting/resizing PADDING blocks. As with the COMMENT write support, this is still experimental and could do with some testing. Please only use write methods on backup files for now. For one thing, flacs with multiple PADDING blocks will confuse the padding write methods.
Also, I have put together a rudimentary unit test script with a reference flac. The test needs to be made much more rigorous, but it is a start. I made the reference file as small as possible (it is ~5 seconds of me talking) but sadly, it is 950K and thus the size of the releases are much larger than before.
