Notes:
This release see many various improvements. You might be interested to have a look at http://sciyag.rubyforge.org/ctioga/gallery/demo.html which shows some of the newer features.

As usual,
sudo ./INSTALL
or
./HOME_INSTALL
depending on your need for administrator privileges. Please note that you can also use 
gem install ctioga

This version has been modified from the original release, that didn't ship with mkmf2.rb, necessary for installation.
