Notes:
This release is nearly the same as the version merged with Ruby 1.8.6, except for some bug fixes:

* Fix release_one bug when pruning waitlists
* Fix ConditionVariable#wait wakeup bug

You can use it as a hotfix for 1.8.6, or with an older version as before.
