Changes:
* Renamed the class "Babble" to "BubbleBabble" (which is what I should
  have done in the first place).
* Added BubbleBabble.bubblebable as an alias for BubbleBabble.babble, mainly
  to stay consistent with the Perl equivalent.
* Moved project to RubyForge.
* Removed the 'doc' contents.  The documentation is now inlined using rdoc.
  Additional documentation can be found in the README file.
* Minor test suite tweaks.
