Notes:
This release covers the ability to win/lose the game, as well as all core gameplay features. With this release out, I can begin working on the Ghost AI to make the game a playable one.
Please hang on, once 0.8 is out, this should be a playable game, albeit rough around the edges.

* Pellets managed, drawn and eaten
* Ghosts eat/eaten by Pacman
* Pacman powers up & powers down by pellets and a timeout
* NewGame option added
* Walls, Warps container objects
* Map warp tunnels added to loop from one side to another
* Test::Unit tests continue to refine system
* Game can by played start to finish, but the Ghosts have
no AI, and no way to recover from being eaten
