Notes: The ctl2ncl library is used for creation of netcdf objects from flat binary data written for use with the Grads software (http://grads.iges.org). This ruby script will parse the grads "ctl" file to obtain necessary information for creating the variables in the netcdf file. The output is an NCL script (http://ncl.ucar.edu), part of a free software package to analyze and visualize geophysical data.
