SUBJECT: 301 Redirect from RubyForge project Hi,
I am the original author of the Curb project, which was originally hosted on RubyForge but has long since moved to github. I am hoping to set up a 301 redirect to the new site from the current webspace on RubyForge, and was thinking of dropping a .htaccess in to do it. I've set up a meta refresh for now but would like to do it 'properly' if possible, so that any external direct links also get redirected.
I've searched the forum and found a couple of threads related to this, but no answers. Has anyone had any success with this?
