Looks like the Mac client is not installed with all the features. For now, what you could do is copy the include folder from the clidriver you have on to /Users/jervin/sqllib/ with this you should be able to get the installation up.
Coming to your question on db2 odbc/clidriver, for Mac there is currently only beta support for version 95 (which I had earlier pointed to for download). Work to bring it out of beta is in progress.
