We have written an article on how to find the right AKI on our blog, that you can find here: http://elastic-security.com/2011/02/10/how-to-copy-an-ebs-backed-ami-from-one-region-to-another-one/ CloudyScripts uses an internal mapping table based on AWS PV-GRUB IDs (http://docs.amazonwebservices.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/UserProvidedkernels.html#AmazonKernelImageIDs) and some specific RHEL kernel ID. We are lacking of latest AWS AKIs, and are going to update our internal mapping table. Regards, Fred
