After having a quick look at our internal logs, it seems that your port 22 was not publicly opened in the Source Region.
I guess, you changed this and tried to re-submit using the back button of your browser.
Unfortunately, Cloudy_Script does not allow this.
In order to re-submit you have to re-start the submission process from the starting page which is https://cloudyscripts.com/tool/show/5 in your case.
