We have launched a server with a Ruby On Rails frontend to the CloudyScripts library. You can find it here: https://cloudyscripts.com
Otherwise, if you want to use the CloudyScripts library that we provide as a gem, you have to write your own script. To help you, we have written some examples that could be found under the "samples" directory in the source tree. In your specific case, we have added a "sample_ami2_ebs_conversion.rb" sample that should fit your needs.
