Did you mean floorplan or wall stuff?
Slige (http://doomworld.com/slige/ ) does pretty well at generating random maps; source is here: http://members.aol.com/dmchess/sligesrc.zip ("do what you like with it but give me some credit" type license) First time I've seen a whole program all in One Big Sourcefile, but it seems to be pretty clean code.
Dunno if that's useful for the concept of diagram to map, tho. Which IMO the world needs. :)
