SUBJECT: Pricing for licenses I am trying to get a client set up with a iSeries Rails app using the ibm_db gem with the 'IBM Data Server Driver for ODBC and CLI'
The client says that they have no licenses. They spoke with their reseller (midrange) and were told that the license would be very expensive.
My questions are:
1. Should they have licenses that came with their product? (An earlier support ticket said they should)
2. How much should this license cost?
3. Is there anywhere else to get it? | |
