SUBJECT: require 'Win32API'

Hi,
I had problems getting win32-clipboard to work.
I fixed it by adding require 'Win32API' before require 'win32/clipboard'.
This solution was found on http://www.google.co.uk/url?sa=t&source=web&ct=res&cd=1&url=http%3A%2F%2Fbrentrubyrails.blogspot.com%2F2007%2F12%2Fformatting-ruby-and-html-code-for-blog.html&ei=9x-tSdOLCdTIjAfYzYieBg&usg=AFQjCNFkefkJqd0hbX9ZjxQCJlCXkghvpw&sig2=q0QGS7qokQJ5DMbVhSxyUQ
I raise this in case it would be useful to add it the documentation.
