SUBJECT: Used to compile ruby-postgres for Windows

I used to compile ruby-postgres for Windows back when the gem publisher didn't provide win32 builds himself. The old version is still up at http://www.vandomburg.net/postgres-ruby-for-windows/. Let me know if I can be of any help.
