Hello Ruby for Windows users!

I've just uploaded a new version of One-Click Installer (186-27) as Release Candidate version 1.

This release includes upaded Ruby version (1.8.6 patchlevel 287) and latest official RubyGems (1.2.0).

Not only that, but several other features and fixes from previous versions, including updated gems of the standard distribution.

This is the first Release Candidate. I'm looking forward for feedback so we can mark this (hopefully) as Final version.
