Hi Praveen,
Yes, I can input Chinese character in my fixtures file, I'm using netbean 6.1 and set the project encoding to utf8. Also, my system is a WindowsXP english edition with multi-language package installed.
But the Chinese will be insert into database as messy characters(like:寮€鍙戠粍鑱氶)
