SUBJECT: RE: Error connecting Yeah, I imagined the potential challenges to make such a change even for the client on enterprise (production) systems. That's precisely why I think it's a good idea to download and test with the latest "DB2 Driver for ODBC and CLI".
Download, untar, place lib in the path and try it without interfering with exiting clients configured.
Let me know if you need a more detailed account on how to setup CLI driver for such test.
