All users should upgrade to the 2003-08-07 release of this package. It features a much-improved indent/ruby.vim, and a standard informative header for each file.

SUBJECT: PLEASE HELP ME!!!! VIM-RUBY STUFFED UP

 

I am using the latest stable vim. I installed the new conf file by unpacking it in my vim dir. When I open a ruby script I get pages and pages of error such as the ones below :

E492: Not an editor command: ^M
line 21:
E15: Invalid expression: version < 600^M
line 293:
E171: Missing :endif
E488: Trailing characters
