I would ask for one feature modification. If I click delete accidently, I can wipe out a lot of data. There is no delete confirmation. Please, either add delete confirmation (make sure the default is no, in case you click twice my mistake) or better yet, remove the delete button and leave it in the right-click menu as it is now. I'd like the ability to make sub-activites, and have those total up in the report. For example, let's say I'm working on project x, wich has items a, b, c. I'd like the report to look like this, or provide the same data: Date: 1/1/2006 Project X 11.50 Hours Task a 3.50 Hours Task b 7.00 Hours Task c 1.00 Hours Date: 1/2/2006 Project X 7.00 Hours Task a 3.00 Hours Task b 2.00 Hours Task c 2.00 Hours =============================================== Date: 1/1/2006 - 1/2/2006 Project X 23.50 Hours Task a 10.50 Hours Task b 10.00 Hours Task c 3.00 Hours Also, where you are selecting the tasks, it would be nice if the interface would allow for re-ordering them, but i'm just as happy directly editing the xml file (thanks for making it accessible). When selecting tasks in this scenarion, I should be able to select "Project X", or expand it, and select a sub task. It should not be necessary for a task to have a sub task. A sub task should require a task that it is subordinate to. When sdeleting a task from the task list, all subtasks should also be deleted. And Finally an activity summary report would be good. This one, with the same data as above would look like: Date: 1/1/2006 - 1/2/2006 Project X 23.50 Hours Task A 14.50 Hours 1/1/2006 11.50 Hours 1/2/2006 3.00 Hours Task B 5.50 Hours 1/1/2006 3.50 Hours 1/2/2006 2.00 Hours Task C 3.00 Hours 1/1/2006 1.00 Hours 1/2/2006 2.00 Hours All reports should be printable. Granted, I know I've dumped a lot of coding on top of your head (especially the subtasks and tree to pick tasks), but it shouldn't be all that bad.
