I think this will work with a little tweak. I'm going to set up a reservation to block out the site for the time the person is expected to stay. Then, each month when the rent is paid I will change the dates on both the record where they are checked in and the reservation. Everything looks like it will work for us but there is one area that could be smoother -- unless I just haven't discovered how to do what I need. We have lots of monthly residents so each month we need to create a new reservation. Is there any way to copy the entire old reservation and then just change the dates? The only way I have found is to enter all the info each time except for the name, address type info.
