The initial login after you choose 'use logins' in the admin->setup->system options page will be user manager with password secret

After you log in as manager you can (and should) change and record the password. You can also add other logins with or without admin capabilities.

I screwed up and chose in my setup for a login and figured it would ask me for the info.. But it didnt.. How can I log on?
