Sorry for the delay in replying.
Yup, this is the right place to post. Were you planning to add a new project with the same name, or a different name? If a different name, you can go ahead and add it and get started... if the same name, you may want to reuse your existing project since there can't be two projects with the same name, even if one has been deactivated.

hello again,
is this the right place to post this request? if not could you tell me where to post it? i'd like to restart my project, but don't want to clutter things up here on rubyforge - so i'd like to remove the old one (rubywax-0-11-04) before adding the new.

i'd like to do a "wait, i'm starting over..." if i could. i've realized some (serious) mistakes i made while creating the account, and would like to start the whole shebang over.
