rmagick windows - missing MagickWand.h [ reply ]

When installing rmagick on windows I get the message:

Can't install Rmagick 2.13.1. Can't find MagickWand.h

How should I get around this issue?
I have downloaded the imagemagick source code. I have put it into my imagemagick installation which is on my path - no luck.
