It's still alive, but not in best shape right now -- that's my impression. Had lots of trouble getting it to work myself, using an patched SVN snapshot from middle March currently.

The kde-bindings mailing list would be a better place to discuss this, there's far more activity over there.

Hei everyone,

I've been fiddling with ruby-qt for a while now, trying to integrate them in a framework for gui programming (http://github.com/bolthar/freightrain). Fact is, while I had almost no problems at all with ruby/gnome (gtk) I am flooded with segfaults when trying to do even the simplest on things with the qt bindings. I've been progressing working around one segfault at the time but I'm just getting too many lately. Should just I give up on this? Is somebody in charge of the project or is it just disbanded? If the bindings are going to stay the way they are I think i'll move to something else (wxWidget, tk) but I really wanted to know before that since it was important for me to have the qt options available.

Thanks in advance!
