Summary: Gnuplot version 2.2
Project: Gnuplot module for Ruby

After a year in waiting, and 1 hour in development, version 2.2 has been released. Attempts to fix the ever recurring problem of locating the gnuplot executable under windows.

Oh yeah, and a license change.
