By: Kendall Buchanan Gem in daemon mode not working [ reply ]   2009-07-16 18:02 Just a note: When you run the glassfish gem in daemon mode and your 'tmp/pids' folder is missing, it simply crashes. No errors, nothing. You must make sure the 'pids' folder exists for glassfish to work properly. My guess is that either an error should be reported, or it creates the pids folder on its own.
