sqlite3-ruby-1.1.0 vs windows XP [ reply ]

I have a problem installing this version on my computer.

When i execute
ruby setup.rb config

checking for sqlite3.h... no

When i execute
ruby setup.rb setup

NMAKE : fatal error U1064: MAKEFILE not found and no target specified
Stop.
'system nmake ' failed
