Instant Rails 2.0 contains the following major changes:

* Upgrades Ruby to version 1.8.6 Patch Level 111
* Upgrades Rails to 2.0.2
* Upgrades Mongrel to 1.1.2
* Upgrades RubyGems to 1.0.1
* Upgrades Rake to 0.8.1
* Upgraded Cookbook app to support Rails 2.0.2
* Added SQLite3 Support

instantrails 2.0 version was installed on window xp operating system but i tested if "gem update rails -- include-dependencies" was typed in command line. It shows errors when i typed ruby -v which is fine but ruby -v is failed.

Just remind to fix.
