From time to time I get a report from somebody trying to install RMagick on OS X. The report includes multiple error messages of the form:

ld: warning in <some file>, file is not of required architecture

I don't know why this only affects a few people, but the good news is that Mathew Smith gave us a solution. See this post http://rubyforge.org/forum/message.php?msg_id=59510 in the Help forum.

Thanks, Mathew!
