Me too. If the developers need an example railroad chokes on generating controller diagrams for Insoshi, the social network app from the Railspace book author(s), because of the admin namespace.
I have the same problem too. Seems that the extract_class_name method in railroad/app_diagram.rb does not take the controller namespace into consideration.
