Yeah, urpmi is the Mandriva version of yum.

Basically, you need the development packages for mesa-gl, mesa-glut, ruby. And the normal ruby, rake, and rubygems packages.

As I don't know fedora myself, I can't really help you much more than that.

Fedora Installation Help [ reply ]

Hi, I am interested in trying this out but am encoutering a few installation problems. My desktop is running Fedora 7 so I used the Redhat/Mandrivia instructions included in the script.

My first problem was that urpmi isn't a Fedora command. I've never used Mandrivia, but I assume that is what it uses instead of yum. The second problem, is that "libmesagl1-devel libmesaglut3-devel ruby-rbogl" are not recognized packages in Fedora.

I googled these and they all appear to be Mandrivia packages. Does anyone know the Fedora equivilant - or what repository I should use to get these?

Thank you
