Added a bunch of new code to the subversion repo, including:

- Date dimension builder first draft
- Initial view helpers for sortable table headers and the placeholder for report creation
- Unit tests
- A demo app skeleton
- Time extensions for dealing with calendar and fiscal year weeks
- Lots of other small tweaks
