CssFormBuilder is a ruby on rails plugin containing a form builder that uses css to produce tableless, lined-up forms.

Main changes:
- added support for: check_box, radio_button, date_select, options_for_select, remote_form_for
- added a 'show buider' that looks like new/edit forms and uses the same template file (_form.rhtml). Fields values are displayed as html text, without form and input objects.
