My web deployment script removed the files on the server before it realized that we are having problem with ssh connection(http://rubyforge.org/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=4841&group_id=5&atid=101)

For the moment, you'll have to check out the project and build the site using ruby (You don't need to install BuildMaster since you will have the source)
